<h3>Pre-Selection:</h3>
<p>Institute mapping &amp; preliminary branding. Speaking with our target institute Placement officer and sending invitation mails. Candidates database validation and sorting according to the JD. Campus venue finalization and logistics. Planning.</p>
<h3>Campus Event:</h3>
<p>Preliminary screening and assessment of the interested Live candidates.( If needed).Recruitment process will be conducted &amp; coordinated by our client in association with PerceiveIT Consulting. Coordination with our target Institutes, corporate and candidates during the various phases of interviews.</p>
<h3>Post Selection:</h3>
<p>Coordination with all the participated member institute as well as candidate with respect to the recruitment results. Offer acceptance coordination with client as well as with candidates &amp; institutes. Joining follow up with the selected candidates till they joined.</p>
