PerceiveIT Consulting provides on/pooled Campus Placement services to the corporate to attain their goals by helping them to hire fresh, energetic and committed degree & diploma engineering candidates brimming with new ideas and excited for new opportunities to fulfill their dreams.
There are two approaches to campus recruiting:
A) In-person campus recruiting B) Virtual campus recruiting
Pre-Selection:
Institute mapping & preliminary branding. Speaking with our target institute Placement officer and sending invitation mails. Candidates database validation and sorting according to the JD. Campus venue finalization and logistics. Planning.
Campus Event:
Preliminary screening and assessment of the interested Live candidates.( If needed).Recruitment process will be conducted & coordinated by our client in association with PerceiveIT Consulting. Coordination with our target Institutes, corporate and candidates during the various phases of interviews.
Post Selection:
Coordination with all the participated member institute as well as candidate with respect to the recruitment results. Offer acceptance coordination with client as well as with candidates & institutes. Joining follow up with the selected candidates till they joined.
